Does not know how to spell
Did anyone review this before publishing? Here I am trying to learn mindfulness but distracted by many words spelled incorrectly. The credibility of the author was lost because of it. This is not a book, rather it is more like an article that barely scratches the surface of meditation. You will finish reading the entire article in 10 minutes or less. If you are looking for a brief overview then that's what you'll get from this. If you want something with more depth, then you want to get something other than this.

great read
Learn to relax and find peace of mind
Michele Gilbert describes simple techniques that help fuse the mind and body so that they work in harmonyârecognized as perhaps not being curative, but more so as tools to teach tolerance and emotional control of body and mind. The authorâs syntax is simple and straight forward making it easy to understand. Practicing Mindfulness is well worth reading. Get a copy and let it put you in control of your inner self.
Nice book for beginners
If the reader is getting into mindfulness, this is a great starter book. I found the information helpful and some of what I read was new to me. Good short read for the introducing yourself to mindfulness and feeling better.
Good exercises.
Good exercises in slowing down to be more productive. A good, short, reminder of how to make life simpler for yourself and others around you.
