Praise Assembly - Recorded Messages

Pastor Hans ministered this morning. In this message, Pastor Hans explores three pointed questions Jesus faced in Mark chapter 2—about His purpose, trust in God, and worship. These weren’t innocent inquiries—they were meant to challenge His mission and identity. But Jesus' responses, rooted in truth and authority, still speak to the same questions we wrestle with today. Who defines your purpose? Can you trust God without trying to control Him? And who—or what—do you really worship?

These aren’t just ancient questions… they’re your questions. Watch now to hear how Jesus’ answers could change everything.

Pastor Brandon ministered this morning. This week's message shares a powerful reminder from Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” With honesty and heart, he challenges us to stop chasing “what ifs” and instead fully surrender our plans, dreams, and timing to God.

Through relatable humor, real-life struggles, and the inspiring story of Joseph, Pastor Brandon shows how God's favor follows faithfulness—not self-promotion. If you’ve ever felt overlooked, anxious about your future, or tempted to force your own way, this message is for you.

Pastor Petrucci ministered this morning. Today we honored Pastor Petrucci and his wife Cathy as they step into retirement after 46 years of faithful ministry, including 26 years at Praise Assembly. In his final sermon, Pastor Petrucci shared a heartfelt two-part message—one to the congregation and one to the new lead pastor, Pastor Hans Pfadt.

To the church, he urged unity, cooperation, and a commitment to make ministry a joy, not a burden, for leadership. Quoting Hebrews 13 and Philippians 2, he reminded us that the church is called to shine like stars in a dark world, led by a single vision under one shepherd.

To Pastor Hans, he passed on the charge given to Peter—"Feed my sheep"—by emphasizing the balanced call to correct, rebuke, and encourage through preaching. He reflected on his shift to expository preaching as a way to let the Holy Spirit, not personal bias, do the convicting.

He closed with three “Above All” scriptures from Philippians, Colossians, and 1 Peter—urging everyone to live as citizens of heaven, to clothe ourselves in love, and to love each other deeply.

Following the message, we celebrated Pastor Petrucci and Cathy for their incredible legacy at Praise.

Pastor Hans ministered this morning. This week’s message is full of hope—and celebration! We explore how God's grace calls us to live with expectancy and devotion, even in a dark world. Plus, we rejoice in the exciting news: Pastor Hans Pfadt has been elected as our next pastor!

Pastor Petrucci ministered this morning. In this heartfelt and humorous Mother's Day message, we explore the deep spiritual truths found in Genesis 2 and Proverbs 31 — and how they reveal the God-given design of the female soul as a helper. From the creation of woman in Eden’s beauty, to her instinctive nature to nurture, Pastor Petrucci draws a powerful contrast between the male and female experience, illuminating how women reflect the heart of God in their desire to serve, support, and care for others.

Don’t miss the touching story of how this truth came alive in a very real way during Pastor’s own recovery from open-heart surgery — and how it deepened his appreciation for his wife and all women. Stay to the end — you’ll never see Genesis 2 the same way again. Watch now and be encouraged!

Pastor Hans ministered this morning. In this sermon, we explore how Jesus' words in Matthew 6:25–34 offer a pathway out of anxiety and into a life rooted in faith, purpose, and divine provision. The message centers on realigning our priorities—seeking God’s kingdom and His righteousness first—so we can rise above the daily worries that dominate so many lives. Drawing from personal life verses and reflections on God's care for birds and wildflowers, this sermon challenges us to trust deeply, live with clarity, and surrender our tomorrow to the One who holds it.

What if the key to overcoming worry isn’t in changing your circumstances—but in changing your priorities? Jesus offers a better way, and it starts with a simple but powerful command: “Seek first…”
