Could you not watch one hour? “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Again He went away and prayed, and spoke the same words. And when He returned, He found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy; and they did not know what to answer Him.” 

Luke 22:45-46, the Bible tell us when Jesus “rose up from prayer and had come to His disciples, He found them sleeping from sorrow. And He said, ‘Why do you sleep? Rise up lest you fall into temptation.’”

delivered us from the wrath to come.”

James 5:7-9: “Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the

Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting

patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. You also be patient.

Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble

against one another, brethren, lest you be condemned. Behold, the Judge is

standing at the door!”

Acts 2:16-18, NKJV, “But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. Joel 2:23, 24, NKJV, “Be glad then, you children of Zion, And rejoice in the LORD your God; For He has given you the former rain faithfully, And He will cause the rain to come down for you-- The former rain, And the latter rain in the first month. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.”.
