Many Christians remain silent in worship despite enthusiastically singing secular songs elsewhere, revealing a misunderstanding of biblical praise. Psalm 150 commands us to praise God thirteen times in six verses, showing that praise isn't optional but required. We should praise God in His sanctuary, throughout creation, and everywhere we go since we are temples of the Holy Spirit. Biblical praise responds to both God's mighty deeds and His excellent character, using our whole being without reservation. Everyone who has breath owes God praise, as we were created and saved for this very purpose.
