This passage from Matthew 21:1–11 is one many of us recognize...but its familiarity doesn't mean it can't still challenge us. It's far from shallow!!
We look at Jesus’ humble entrance into Jerusalem and reflect on what it truly means to follow Him—not just in moments of praise, but in everyday obedience.
We’ll talk about obedience in the small & ordinary things, trusting God one step at a time, and the danger of a faith that looks right on the outside but doesn’t transform the heart. This episode is honest and direct. It's not to shame, but to help us grow, mature, and live out the faith we proclaim.
Reflection Questions:
1. Am I obeying what God has already instructed me to do in this season?
2. Do my actions align with the praise I give Jesus with my words?
3. Is my life visibly different because I follow Him?
If we call Jesus our Savior, our lives should reflect it.
