Let us praise our effort. Notice and praise the effort of other moms-- call or text them what you see.

Did you do something today that made you feel human? 

Did you smile when your kids entered the room?  

Did you make eye contact during conversations?

Did you offer an apology after you made a mistake?

 

Self-Care:  Write on sticky notes 7 nights in a row effort you are PROUD of for the day.

Family Play Idea:  Write the names of your family members names on brown paper bags.  Leave scraps of paper and stickers out and write love notes all month long.
