He really dives into what OCD is, what specific things he has OCD with, the triggers with it, and the tools he has learned and continues to use to help him get through each day. David and Chalese also share how it has effected their marriage and what they each do to support one another. In this inspiring and beautiful episode Jessie shares the events in her life that propelled her to eventually become such a strong advocate for the youth, as well as the many things she is accomplishing and pursuing to continue to provide teens and adults with life tools.
