Pratyahara: the SKILL of going INWARD
We honor the ancient sacred practice of Yoga by allowing it to become part of who we ARE, rather than simply something that we DO. And we allow the Yoga to become part of who we ARE, by learning to live yoga all throughout the workings of our lives. The practice is not isolated to rubber mats and heated studios and perfect-looking poses.
In this episode, we discuss the 8-Limbed Yoga Path and how we can live it more deeply through the fifth limb of Pratyahara; the withdrawal of the senses.
