On this concluding and dynamic third segment of "Pray as if Your Life Depended On It," Dale Allen and I discuss practical ways that Christians who struggle with prayer can use to improve in their time spent with God. We talk about our "prayer life" often, but let us make it a goal to move toward "prayer is life" as we grow in the faith. One thing that is highlighted here in Part three is that God uses the unknown, unseen, or unexpected individuals to carry out great works in His name as they surrender and fulfill His calling. We also look at the example of Jeremiah Lanphier, who as a businessman, followed God's leading and calling because of his burden for a lost city and it led to a great prayer revival in 1857-1858 in New York City and beyond. If we are to have revival, we must have the faithful prayers of God's people to make it happen! Let's do that and be the pray-ers of our time and see what God will do!
