They hurt you. Left you. Shamed you. Talked about you. Lied on you. Raped you. Molested you. Taunted you. Misunderstood you. Took you. This list of hurts could go on and on....But if you're reading this one more thing is true...YOU SURVIVED!!!! AMEN

Don't throw it out...refresh it!!! GOD knows and understands that sometimes we need "fresh" fields of service. It's ok to ask HIM to try something new, or lead you to something different within the same vein. For example, maybe you don't need a new church, just a new place to serve within the same church. Maybe you don't need a new house, just a coat of paint in the one you have...ask GOD to "refresh" your service, life, and relationships!!! AMEN

Did you know that you can control your own thoughts?! Just like we can "speak life" over ourselves and others, we can also "think life"!!! GOD knows how your days go, and how heavy you've been feeling...it's ok to confess that to HIM. But once you do, ask for HIM to help you to think the highest thought, and even show you what the highest thought is!!! AMEN
