"Give us this day our daily bread."

We are created to be in daily dependance upon the Lord. This becomes easier when we realize that He is the One who fills our lungs with air and keeps our hearts beating; He is the One who knit us together in our mother’s womb and He is the One who sustains our lives. He saw us before we entered this world, and He will continue to hold and carry us until we enter Heaven. He knows what we need without our ever saying a word, be He invites us to bring our prayers and petitions before His throne and hand them over to His capable care. Let's come to the Father and pray assuredly, persistently, earnestly, specifically, boldly, expectantly, and faithfully.
