The Bible highlights wisdom as the principal thing that we are to get and also understanding. If God created all things through wisdom, then we must recognize that we have been given an opportunity to act like God, exercising our dominion in everything according to Genesis 1:26. Are you familiar with the wisdom of God or are you still working with the human wisdom? 

When we consider the story of Joseph in the Bible, it helps us understand the fact that our immaturity to handle the secrets of God revealed to us pertaining to our destiny can put us in situations we never thought we would find ourselves in. But through it all, God who is sovereign over everything can still cause all things to work together, even our bad experience to lead us to that expected end where He would take the glory from our lives. As you consider this account of Joseph and the secret he was revealed about his destiny, how do you handle the secrets of God to make sure that nothing hinders you from what God has prepared for you?

We know that God has good thoughts for us but often times what we don't have a clue on is how He operates to release the invisible to the physical. God speaks one way or another but because we are not taught how to perceive or recognize His channels of communication, we are not able to move from where we are to where He is calling us.

As we continue with our teaching on destiny, we want to make sure that nothing stands as a barrier before us to keep us from fulfilling what God has called us to. What we don't know cannot only destroy us but also keep us from living that life that Jesus came to give us according to John 10:10. Every day as we get up, we must make a choice whether we would follow what God is saying to us or follow our own path, and the decision we make every day would determine how close or far we are to fulfill everything that God has called us to.

Our ignorance to the things of God, what He has created and enabled us to get access to is the first thing that leads us into our destruction, and that also keeps us from experiencing what God has already blessed us with. In Ephesians 1:3, the Apostle Paul reminds Christians that they are already blessed with everything they need from God in Christ, so that our mentality toward what God has already done for us would not lead us to ask for what He has already given us, but to focus rather on how that can be manifested in our lives.

Life goes on as we are entering through different stages of our lives where we begin to experience some pain, stress, and some glory as we are striving to establish ourselves. While we may be worried at times because of circumstances we cannot control, Our Heavenly Father wants us to be at ease because what is happening to us as we are on our way to the destiny He has prepared for us, would eventually help us get there. This message prepares your mind before you enter into our session of teaching for the second part of our Destiny Series.

Knowing that we have been called for a greater destiny is good to know, but how prepared are we to fulfill what God has called us to? Sometimes we have to examine ourselves in the light of the Scriptures to see whether we are walking in line with the Word of God. Furthermore, examining ourselves would only help us to see where we are spiritually and what is holding us, and we can begin to understand why we cannot move to the place where God has called us.

Many people grow up with the belief that God has a destiny for them, but what they often forget is that the fulfillment of one's purpose is tight to understanding God's original plan before things change, and what God has done for people to get back to the right path. Without proper guidance and enlightenment to the things of God, we would never be able to truly fulfill what God has called us to. This teaching simply prepares your mind for action.

This is the first teaching on our series destiny. Though many of us believe the fact that God has put us on earth for a purpose, we cannot really understand the importance of fulfilling our assignment without first understanding where we came from and how things changed overtime. Our understanding of our history enables us to look at our future with godly eyes and begin to see the potential God has given us to take our place here on earth as sons and daughters of God.

Many times we give more attention to those who are needy, the poor of our society, forgetting that even the Rich people needs restoration. The story of Zacchaeus teaches us the fact that God cares about all of us regardless of our social classes and emphasizes His mission to seek and save those who are lost and to bring them back to the Father. I hope this message comes to you as another reminder of God's love for humanity.
