Prayer

God wants you to Know He is your Strength and Experience His Divine Strength practically, through experience for yourself, which far surpasses mere knowledge without experience.

Heavenly Father, thank you for revealing to us by Your Holy Spirit That You Want Us to Know You – The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, Who does not faint or grow weak or weary; no one can measure the depths of Your Wisdom, nor Is There Any Searching of Your Understanding. ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:28‬ ‬

You give power to the weak, And to those who have no might LORD You increase strength. Isaiah ‭40:29‬

LORD YOU HAVE said to me, Your Grace, Your favor and loving-kindness and mercy is enough for me, sufficient against any danger and enables us to labor, striving according to Your working which works in us mightily. (Colossians ‭1:29‬); for Your strength and power are made perfect, they are fulfilled and completed and show themselves most effective in our weakness. Therefore, we will all the more gladly glory in our weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ the Messiah may rest, yes, may it pitch a tent over and dwell upon us, Always!
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‬

When I feel weak or distressed or worried or discouraged. You Give me that Strength to Run the Race You Have Set before me. You are My Strength!

The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, Who does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding. Isaiah ‭40:28‬

You give power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might You increase strength, causing it to multiply and making it to abound. Isaiah ‭40:29‬

We who wait for You LORD, for we who expect, look for, and hope in You have our strength and power renewed; we are mounted up on wings like eagles close to God, we shall run and not be weary, we shall walk and not faint or become tired.

Yes, those who wait on You, LORD YOU Promise to Renew their Strength (Isaiah 40:28-31)

Message:

When you are dependent upon God, you Trust in Him Who Loved You and gave His Life for you to prove his GREAT LOVE; so you can Trust in Him without wavering.

When you depend and rely on Jesus Christ Who lives IN YOU, TO LIVE Through you, then you are actually living through Christ Power and Strength, and not your own.

For you Depend on God, the Power of God IN you to be Manifested Through you, so that even when you are weak in human strength, then you are truly strong - able, powerful in His Divine Strength. 2 Corinthians ‭12:10‬

Most assuredly, you can say with David: I give You thanks, O LORD, with all my heart; I will sing Your praises before the gods. I bow before Your holy Temple as I worship. We praise Your name for Your unfailing love and faithfulness; for Your promises are backed by all the honor of Your name. ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭138:1-2‬‬

For God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He never changes. Hebrews 13:6. You can trust in and rely on and depend on Him to Do for you What David learned:

As soon as I pray, you answer me; you encourage me by giving me strength.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭138:3‬‬

You can Depend on your Father Who knows what you need before you ask Him. Matthew ‭6:8‬

Yes, He will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:19‬ ‬

The Father has Given you His strength for ALL things IN CHRIST Who empowers you. He makes you ready for anything and equal to anything through CHRIST Living IN you, Who infuses inner strength into you; so you are self-sufficient in CHRIST's sufficiency. Nothing is to difficult or impossible or to wonderous fo Him. ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:13, ‬‬Jeremiah 32:17

The Holy Spirit through the Apostle Paul reveals how to experience the Peace of God that surpasses all understanding that guards your heart and mind. (Philippians 4:7)

PEACE is God's gift of wholeness. The Greek word for peace is eirene, which means to bind or join together, signifying oneness without strife.

This Peace includes Peace with God, Peace with men, Peace with self. It keeps—that is, watches over with the watchfulness that “neither slumbers nor sleeps”—both “the heart and mind” (or, the soul and the thought formed in it), by Christ guarding your whole spiritual action, both in its source and its developments. It is “through Christ Jesus,” for “He is our peace (Ephesians 2:14), as “making all one,” and “reconciling all to God.

Where does Peace of God come from?

It is of God, He being its Source, Origin, Author, Giver, for He Himself is Peace. (Ephesians 2:14), God is the Prince of Peace.

Christ Living IN you, He Himself is your Peace you have His Peace. (Ephesians 2:14). It is ONLY IN HIM that our Hearts and Minds Find His Peace that surpasses ALL Understanding. (Philippians 4:7)

Jesus Christ’s offer of peace is received when a person is born of the Spirit of God and made Alive in Union and Fellowship with Christ very life. (John 3:5-7, Ephesians 2:5)

At that moment you were born again, your eternal relationship with Christ was established, Christ came to live in you, and where He is, there is peace. There is WHOLENESS.

The state of being perfectly well in body, soul (mind, will and emotions) and spirit. This was God’s original design for man before the fall and is now attainable once we become alive In Christ. Peace, indeed, can only reign where there is wholeness and completeness.

It comes not by your own works, or your own striving toward peace, but a gift freely given to all who belong to Him. It’s actually the gift of Himself that is acquired at salvation by trusting and depending and relying on Christ, Who Lives IN you to do Through you what is needed in every situation circumstance of life.

Therefore, it comes by Grace through Faith – God's Divine Persuasion – through the Operation of the Holy Spirit Stirring Your Heart and Mind, Most Holy Emotions – and Thus Persuading you, by giving you His Peace, that soul harmony which comes from Christ rule acting as umpire continually in your hearts deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that His peaceful state which you as a member of Christ's one body were also called to live. Thus you are thankful, giving praise to God always. (1 Corinthians 2:4, Colossians ‭3:15)‬

One of the evidences of this relationship with the Prince of Peace is the work of the Holy Spirit Who in accomplishes the Fruit of Peace flowing in you and through you Being IN Christ Peace. (Galatians 5:22)

The Genuine Peace of God makes you whole when you feel fractured. When you have the Peace of God, you have Peace within Yourself. The peace of God brings peace with Him, and peace within.

Without a personal relationship with Christ Jesus, Genuine Peace will always be missing no matter how many other good relationships one may have.

PAUL, AN apostle, special messenger of Christ Jesus, by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, gives us a Prayer to pray for All the saints - the consecrated people of God and believing and faithful brethren in Christ, you and me!

Pray in this manner or others and yourself:

Grace (spiritual favor and blessing) to you and heart peace from God our Father. I continually give thanks to God the Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, as I are pray for you. (Colossians‬ ‭1:1-3‬)

I pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the LORD, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

For He has delivered you from the power of darkness and conveyed you into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom you have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. (Colossians‬ ‭1:9-15)

And this is what you are in Christ Jesus! Amen!

God wants you to Know Him and Experience His GREAT Love for you, and Live Free from Worry.

As the New Creation you are born from above. You came from God. This new Nature flowed out from the very heart of the Father into you spirits, when you crowned Jesus as Lord of you lives.

God is for you. And If God is for us, who [can be] against us? Who can be our foe, if God is on our side? Romans‬ ‭8:31‬ ‭

Everything that Christ wrought in His Redemptive work belongs to the New Creation. So there is no reason before God to Worry.

Prayer

Our Father which art in heaven, Thank You for delivering and drawing us to Yourself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and having transformed us into the kingdom of the Son of your Love, In Whom we have our redemption through His blood, which means the forgiveness of our sins. ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14‬ ‬

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‬

For the law of the Spirit of life which isin Christ Jesus, the law of our new being, has freed me from the law of sin and of death. Romans ‭8:2‬

For I know (perceive, have knowledge of, and am acquainted with) Him Whom I have believed (adhered to and trusted in and relied on), and I am [positively] persuaded that He is able to guard and keep that which has been entrusted to me and which I have committed [to Him] until that day. 2 Timothy ‭1:12‬ .

Therefore Wr humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you, Casting the whole of your care, all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]”

And, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things, fix your minds on them. Philippians ‭4:8‬

So we Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be moved made to slip, fall, or fail. Psalm ‭55:22‬

DO NOT let your hearts be troubled, distressed, agitated. You believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely on God; believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely also on Me. John ‭14:1‬

The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, endure forever–forsake not the works of Your own hands. Ps. 57:2; Phil. 1:6, Psalm ‭138:8‬

But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth]. For if anyone only listens to the Word without obeying it and being a doer of it, he is like a man who looks carefully at his [own] natural face in a mirror; For he thoughtfully observes himself, and then goes off and promptly forgets what he was like. But he who looks carefully into the faultless law, the [law] of liberty, and is faithful to it and perseveres in looking into it, being not a heedless listener who forgets but an active doer [who obeys], he shall be blessed in his doing (his life of obedience.James ‭1:22-25‬

“For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians ‭10:3-5‬

“Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. And God's peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians ‭4:6-7‬

You are God's Own workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, born anew of the Holy Spirit, a new creation in CHRIST altogether, that you may do those good works which God predestined, planned beforehand for you, taking paths which He prepared ahead of time, that you should walk in them, living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for you to live. Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ , 2 Corinthians 5:17

For God is effectually at work in you, energizing and creating in you the power and desire, both to will and to work for His good pleasure and the power to do what pleases him. Philippians‬ ‭2:13‬

SEE WHAT an incredible quality of love the Father has given, bestowed on you, that you should be permitted to be named and called and counted the children of God! And so we are! 1 John‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭

God shows and clearly proves your value by His own love for you by the fact that while you were still sinners, Christ died for you. Romans‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭

When our identity is in the hands of a loving and perfect God, nothing can move you.

Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. (Ephesians‬ ‭6:18‬)

In military science, covering fire is "fire that degrades the performance of an enemy force below the level needed to fulfill its mission".

Holy Cover Fire is the application of Intercessory prayer fire, coordinated with the maneuver of the heavenly forces, to destroy, neutralize or suppress the enemy. It is prayer fire delivered to render the enemy target ineffective or unusable against the saints. Holy Spirit covering fir the saints and Holy Spirit Filled firey darts!

A Covering is what covers you like clothes on the body. it is close and protective. A Mantle of the Holy Spirit applied to those prayed for against the forces of darkness.

it means to to throw around, put on, array, cast about, clothe another or yourself.

For the LORD put on righteousness as a breastplate or coat of mail, and salvation as a helmet upon His head; He put on garments of vengeance for clothing and was clad with zeal and furious divine jealousy as a cloak. [Eph. 6:14, 17; I Thess. 5:8.] Isaiah ‭59:17‬

11. Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12. For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood contending only with physical opponents, but against the despotisms, against the powers, against the master spirits who are the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

13. Therefore put on God's complete armor- put on Christ. You were baptized into Christ into a spiritual union and communion with Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah have put on armored yourself with Christ. (Galatians ‭3:27‬)

that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day of danger, and, having done all the
crisis demands, you stand firmly in your place IN Christ.

14. Stand therefore hold your ground, having tightened the belt of truth around your loins
Jesus is the truth, John ‭14:6‬

and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, right standing with God,
Jesus Himself who you have Put On is your Righteousness. 2 Corinthinains 5:21
Christ is the righteousness which is from God by faith. (Philippians ‭3:9‬)

15. And having shod your feet in preparation to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news of the Gospel of peace. [Isa. 52:7.]
Christ Himself is our Peace. (Ephesians 2:14)

16. Lift up over all the covering shield of faith, God’s Divine Persuasion, what The LORD continously births IN you, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked one.

17. And put on the helmet of salvation, the covering of Salvation IN Christ and through Him and no one else but Christ, (Acts ‭4:12) ‬

and take up the sword that the Spirit wields, which is The Word of God.
Jesus is the Word of God, (John 1:1,14)
He is dressed in a robe dyed by dipping in blood, and the title by which He is called is The Word of God.
‭‭(Revelation‬ ‭19:13‬)‬

18. Pray at all times on every occasion, in every season in the Spirit, with all manner of prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints God's consecrated people.
‭‭(Ephesians‬ ‭6:11-18)‬‬

Pray depending on The Holy Spirit, Who
26. comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.

27. And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the Holy Spirit what His intent is, because the Spirit intercedes and pleads before God in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God's will. (Ps. 139:1-2)

28. We are assured and know that God being a partner in our labor all things work together and are fitting into a plan for good to and for those who love God and are called according to His design and purpose. (‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:26-28)‬‬

Further, Christ Jesus Who God – more than that, Who was raised Life – Who is at the Right Hand of God is also Interceding for you, even even before you pray. (Romans 8:34)

For God Knows the Things You Have Need of Even before You Ask Him, with this for yourself or for others which He he stirs you to pray. (Matthew 6:8).

Jesus himself can intercede for you and through you, because he knows you and understands you. He himself shared in flesh and blood, and the physical nature of man, he himself partook of a similar nature as you have, that by going through death he might bring to nought (nothing) and make of no effect him who had the power of death–that is, the devil– And also that He might deliver and completely set free all those who through the haunting fear of death which holds in bondage people's lives without Christ. (Hebrews 2:14-15)

The Holy Spirit Comes to your aid and support and Lifts your Prayers to the Father where Jesus is Seated at the Father's Own Right Hand Interceding for you before the Father.

Listen, your Heavenly Father Knows the Things You Have Need Even before You Ask. Before You Come to Him in Prayer, He Know what you need. And He draws You to Come before Him to Receive from Him All That He Has Prepared for You, His Dear child. (Matthew 6:8)

Your prayers are not to inform God what you need, but to come together with God your Father and talk to Him about the things that are going on in your life, and get His perspective, and exchange your wishes and desires for His wishes and desires.

So you know, just as He intended, that your prayer has already been answered and He is the one who is answering you because He loves you and he wants to show you His great love for you by demonstrating His glory to you.

When you focus on what you want God to do for you, instead of what God wants to do for you; then you have missed the mark. For your Heavenly Father wants to do Greater for you than you can even think, Hope, ask or imagine.

He even tells you that the Holy Spirit intercedes on your behalf in the Lord Jesus render seats on your behalf in the Holy Spirit does so with groanings that you can even utter and so that you are always praying to God your Father to Desire to Do Those Things That Are Pleasing to Him.

And the Result Is You Will See That God Is Working All Things out for Your Absolute Best Because You Love Him, and You Desire Those Things He Desires and You Want His Wishes to Be Your Wishes and You Won't His Perspective above Your Perspective Because God, He Knows All Things at All Times Cynical and You Are Limited in Your Knowledge.

It Is Better to Go to the Father Expecting from Him His Absolute Best in Every Situation and Circumstance and Thanking Him for Peer to Come before Him Knowing He Knows Your Needs before You Ask, Knowing That He Will Answer You. Knowing That He Will Answer You with Good Works. Knowing That He Is for You, and He Is with You, and He Is among You,. That He Never Leaves You nor for Section, He Will Not He Will Not, He Will Not, in Any Way Let Us Grip Release from You.

God Loves You with Such a Great Love, That He Sent His Only Son Jesus Christ to Die for you to Demonstrate His Great Love. So, Think How Much More Love the Father Has for You His Chop Now That You Are His Job in a Member of His Own Fame.

God Has Not Stop Being Your Father and He Has Not Stopped Loving You and He Has Not Stopped Giving You Those Good Things That You Have Need. He Knows the Things You Have Need, He Knows What Is Needed in Your Life Today. He Knows That You Need Him, As Much As You Need the Very Breath of Life. Because Your Life Is in His Hands and He's Giving You His Life so That You Can Live to Understand Copperhead and Give Thanks and Praise to Him Who Wishes You Good Things, Good Measure Pressed down Shaken Together and Running over to Come to You Because He Plan for from the Beginning.

God Is Faithful to You His child.

When you experience challenges and problems, you may wonder where God is or why He isn’t answering our prayers as you hoped. You don’t know which way to turn, so you begin to feel overwhelmed and alone. Listen, you are never truly alone because you have the promised a Helper Who Dwells within you—the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Promised You Another Helper, like Him.
And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
‭‭(John‬ ‭14:16-17‬)‬

the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John ‭14:26‬

And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: ‭‭John‬ ‭16:8‬ ‬

He, the Spirit of truth guides you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.
‭‭John‬ ‭16:13-15‬ ‬

The Holy Spirit comes to indwell and seal you at the time of salvation (Eph. 1:13-14). The seal implies God’s authority and authenticity—you are now His children, and your name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Since this seal cannot be broken by anything or anyone, it guarantees our eternal security.

Prayer based upon the Word of God rises above the senses, and contacts The Creator of the Universe – God Himself. Prayer on the Word, sets His spiritual laws into motion.

When you spend time with the Father, learning His wisdom, drawing on His strength, being filled with His quietness, and basking in His love it bring results to your prayers. Praise the LORD!

Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? God brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of His great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:26‬ ‬

So how can you say the LORD does not see your troubles? HOW can you say God ignores your rights?
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:27‬ ‬

God knows what you're gonna say and how you gonna think before you Do. He gives Isaiah insight and intuition so that He Can show his people a different perspective.

God replies through Isaiah:
“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:28‬ ‬

Remember What is impossible with men is possible with God.
‭‭Luke‬ ‭18:27‬ ‬

For the LORD‭ God, Who made the heavens and the earth by His great power and by His outstretched arm! There is nothing too hard or too wonderful for Him–”‬
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭32:17‬ ‬

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

So when I am weak [in human strength], then am I truly strong, able, powerful in divine strength.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

In other words: I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me. I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency.

Fear not. Don’t be afraid, for I am with you; Be not discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬ ‬

The LORD is my strength and shield. I
Trust Him with with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭28:7‬ ‬

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭46:1‬ ‬

‭And be not grieved and depressed, for the joy of the Lord is your strength and stronghold.‬
‭‭‭Nehemiah‬ ‭8:10‬ ‭‬

So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:6‬ ‬

So you can say boldly and confidently: The LORD Renews my strength. He refreshes and restores my life. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to His Name.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭23:3‬ ‬

Yes, Most Assuredly Those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:31‬ ‬

‭The Name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous man [upright and in right standing with God] runs into it and is safe, high [above evil] and strong.‬
‭‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18:10‬ ‭‬

A final word: Be strong in the LORD and in His mighty power. Be empowered through your union with Him; draw your strength from Him that strength which His boundless might provides.

‭Seek the ‬LORD‭ and His strength; yearn for and seek His face and to be in His presence continually!‬
‭‭‭1 Chronicles‬ ‭16:11‬‬

Say: I love you, LORD; you are my strength.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭18:1‬ ‬

The LORD is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. Amen!
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭118:14‬ ‬

God can be Trusted because of the Great Love He has demonstrated to show and clearly proves His Own Love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans ‭5:8‬)

The word in Hebrew for trust is batach, a word found in many ancient Semitic languages used for welding. When we trust God we weld ourselves to Him.

Scripture says: how Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who makes the LORD his refuge and TRUST, and turns not to the proud or to followers of false gods. ‭‭(Psalm‬ ‭40:4‬)‬

‭But I am trusting you, O Lord, saying, “You are my God! (Psalms‬ ‭31:14‬)‬

Trust – The word batach means the sense of well-being and security that results from having something or someone in whom to place confidence.

It is translated in the Greek LXX as “hope,” not “belief.” It stresses the feeling of being safe and secure rather than an intellectual and volitional act in response to revelation.

It means to live at ease because of confidence in God. Rather than at Dis - Ease.

The Bible gives great and mighty in this to placing your TRUST IN GOD.

1. Those who trust in God alone will be delivered from their enemies (Ps. 22:4);

Just as Scritpure says: Our fathers trusted in You; they trusted (leaned on, relied on You, and were confident) and You delivered them. They cried to You and were delivered; they trusted in, leaned on, and confidently relied on You, and were not ashamed or confounded or disappointed. (Psalm ‭22:4-5‬)

2. Those who trust in God alone will be delivered from their enemies, And their prayers will be answered (I Chr. 5:20);

The warriors in the armies of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh waged war against the Hagrites, the Jeturites, the Naphishites, and the Nodabites. They cried out to God during the battle, and he answered their prayer because they trusted in Him. (1 Chronicles ‭5:18-20)‬

3. Those who trust in God alone will be delivered from their enemies, And their prayers will be answered (I Chr. 5:20);
they will walk in straight paths (Prov. 3:5);

Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. He will show you which path to take. (Proverbs ‭3:5-6‬)

4. Those who trust in God alone will be delivered from their enemies, And their prayers will be answered (I Chr. 5:20);
they will walk in straight paths (Prov. 3:5);
they will be given joy and gladness (Ps. 16:9 and 33:21);

Yes, my heart is glad and my glory [my inner self] rejoices; my body too shall rest and confidently dwell in safety, beause I Trust in Him. (Psalm ‭16:9‬)

Our inner selves wait [earnestly] for the Lord; He is our Help and our Shield. For in Him does our heart rejoice, because we have trusted (relied on and been confident) in His Holy Name. (Psalm ‭33:20-21)‬

5. Those who trust in God alone will be delivered from their enemies, And their prayers will be answered (I Chr. 5:20);
they will walk in straight paths (Prov. 3:5);
they will be given joy and gladness (Ps. 16:9 and 33:21); they will know inner peace and absence of fear (Ps. 4:8 and Isa. 26:3).

In peace I will both lie down and sleep. For You alone LORD, alone make me dwell in safety and confident trust. (Psalm ‭4:8‬)

The LORD will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose MIND is stayed on Him, because he commits himself to Him, leans and hopes confidently in Him. So trust in the LORD commit yourself to Him, lean on Him, hope confidently in Him forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting Rock, the Rock of Ages. (Isaiah ‭26:3-4‬)

The cause for our TRUST in God’s promises is not based on what we have done or can do. Trusting in God’s promises does not depend on how worthy I am to receive anything from Him. It is based solely on the unswerving Goodness, His Grace and His Rich Mercy, in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense love with which He loved us. (Ephesians ‭2:4‬)

In English, the opposite of trust is mistrust or doubt. But not so in Hebrew. The opposite of batach is master, the act of hiding. In other words, the antonym of trust is keeping secrets.

O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord.”l
