2) Re-read Paul's prayers in Ephesians 1:15-23 and 3:14-21. What encourages you and challenges you with these prayers?

3) Paul's prayers in Philippians 1, Colossians 1 and Ephesians 3 did not ask God for changes in circumstances for his beloved friends, but instead that they would know God better. Why?

4) Is your heart troubled today? Warren Wiersbe encourages us that, "one of the best ways to ease a troubled heart is to bathe it in the love of God!" What troubles do you need to take to God right now? Read 1 John 4:7-16 first, or while you pray.

5) Consider praying a psalm a day - pick a psalm and incorporate that psalm into your prayers throughout the day. Using Scripture for prayer prompts!
