  • The Good Shepherd
In the Bible, you come across many titles that the Lord Jesus has been given. One of them is, of course, the Good Shepherd. In this Address, you will hear how Jesus comes under that title “The Good Shepherd” and how he moved in love to bring Salvation to all.
    Bible Verses Read:
John 10:7-9 “Jesus therefore said again to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.8 All whoever came before me are thieves and robbers; but the sheep did not hear them.9 I am the door: if any one enter in by me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and shall go out and shall find pasture.”
John 10:13-18 “3 Now he who serves for wages flees because he serves for wages, and is not himself concerned about the sheep.14 I am the good shepherd; and I know those that are mine, and am known of those that are mine,15 as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.16 And I have other sheep which are not of this fold: those also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one flock, one shepherd.17 On this account the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it again.18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have authority to lay it down and I have authority to take it again. I have received this commandment of my Father.”
John 10:27-30 “27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me;28 and I give them life eternal; and they shall never perish, and no one shall seize them out of my hand.29 My Father who has given [them] to me is greater than all, and no one can seize out of the hand of my Father.30 I and the Father are one.”
Psalms 23:1-6 “Jehovah is my shepherd; I shall not want.2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside still waters.3 He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over.6 Surely, goodness and loving-kindness shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of Jehovah for the length of the days.”

  • Jesus at the Right Hand of God
Jesus is risen and ascended and is seated at the right hand of God. In this address, you hear of where the Lord Jesus is now. As believers, we can claim victory over sin and death because Jesus is risen and lives forever more.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Hebrews 12:1-3 “Let *us* also therefore, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, laying aside every weight, and sin which so easily entangles us, run with endurance the race that lies before us, looking stedfastly on Jesus the leader and completer of faith: who, in view of the joy lying before him, endured [the] cross, having despised [the] shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.For consider well him who endured so great contradiction from sinners against himself, that ye be not weary, fainting in your minds.”
Romans 8:31-39  “What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who against us?He who, yea, has not spared his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him grant us all things?Who shall bring an accusation against God’s elect? [It is] God who justifies:who is he that condemns? [It is] Christ who has died, but rather has been [also] raised up; who is also at the right hand of God; who also intercedes for us.Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? tribulation or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?According as it is written, For thy sake we are put to death all the day long; we have been reckoned as sheep for slaughter. But in all these things we more than conquer through him that has loved us.For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Colossians 3:1-4 “If therefore ye have been raised with the Christ, seek the things [which are] above, where the Christ is, sitting at [the] right hand of God: have your mind on the things [that are] above, not on the things [that are] on the earth; for ye have died, and your life is hid with the Christ in God. When the Christ is manifested who [is] our life, then shall *ye* also be manifested with him in glory.”
Ephesians 1:15-23 “Wherefore *I* also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which [is] in you, and the love which [ye have] towards all the saints,do not cease giving thanks for you, making mention [of you] at my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you [the] spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of him, being enlightened in the eyes of your heart, so that ye should know what is the hope of his calling, [and] what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what the surpassing greatness of his power towards us who believe, according to the working of the might of his strength,  [in] which he wrought in the Christ [in] raising him from among [the] dead, and he set him down at his right hand in the heavenlies, above every principality, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name named, not only in this age, but also in that to come; and has put all things under his feet, and gave him [to be] head over all things to the assembly, which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all in all:”

  • The Wonderful Truth of the Rapture
What is the Rapture? What is it all about? This address will present the answer to these questions. In a simple desire to uncover the wonderful truth of the rapture. I trust you will be encouraged from this address as you listen.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
2 Peter 1:16-19 “For we have not made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, following cleverly imagined fables, but having been eyewitnesses of *his* majesty. For he received from God [the] Father honour and glory, such a voice being uttered to him by the excellent glory: This is my beloved Son, in whom *I* have found my delight; and this voice *we* heard uttered from heaven, being with him on the holy mountain. And we have the prophetic word [made] surer, to which ye do well taking heed (as to a lamp shining in an obscure place) until [the] day dawn and [the] morning star arise in your hearts;”
1 John 3:1-3 “See what love the Father has given to us, that we should be called [the] children of God. For this reason the world knows us not, because it knew him not.Beloved, now are we children of God, and what we shall be has not yet been manifested; we know that if it is manifested we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.And every one that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as *he* is pure.”
1 Thessalonians 4:18-18 “But we do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them that are fallen asleep, to the end that ye be not grieved even as also the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus has died and has risen again, so also God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. (For this we say to you in [the] word of [the] Lord, that *we*, the living, who remain to the coming of the Lord, are in no way to anticipate those who have fallen asleep; for the Lord himself, with an assembling shout, with archangel’s voice and with trump of God, shall descend from heaven; and the dead in Christ shall rise first; then *we*, the living who remain, shall be caught up together with them in [the] clouds, to meet the Lord in [the] air; and thus we shall be always with [the] Lord. So encourage one another with these words.)”
Luke 12:40-46 “ And ye therefore, be *ye* ready, for in the hour in which ye do not think [it], the Son of man comes. And Peter said to him, Lord, sayest thou this parable to us, or also to all? And the Lord said, Who then is the faithful and prudent steward, whom his lord will set over his household, to give the measure of corn in season? Blessed is that bondman whom his lord [on] coming shall find doing thus; verily I say unto you, that he will set him over all that he has.But if that bondman should say in his heart, My lord delays to come, and begin to beat the menservants and the maidservants, and to eat and to drink and to be drunken, the lord of that bondman shall come in a day when he does not expect it, and in an hour he knows not of.”
Revelation 22:16-17 “ *I* am the root and offspring of David, the bright [and] morning star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is athirst come; he that will, let him take [the] water of life freely.”

  • Are you Prepared for the return of Christ?
Each believer should give the Lord Jesus the first place in all things and we should be prepared for his return. The Bible tells us several times that there is coming a day when the Lord will return for his people. Are you prepared for the return of Christ? It is very easy to lose focus on the fact that Christ is coming back. As you listen to this address I trust you may be encouraged by God’s word and be ready for the return of Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Thessalonians 1:8-10 “ for the word of the Lord sounded out from you, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place your faith which [is] towards God has gone abroad, so that we have no need to say anything;9 for they themselves relate concerning us what entering in we had to you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God,10 and to await his Son from the heavens, whom he raised from among the dead, Jesus, our deliverer from the coming wrath.”
1 Thessalonians  2:6-8 “6 nor seeking glory from men, neither from you nor from others, when we might have been a charge as Christ’s apostles;7 but have been gentle in the midst of you, as a nurse would cherish her own children.8 Thus, yearning over you, we had found our delight in having imparted to you not only the glad tidings of God, but our own lives also, because ye had become beloved of us.
1 Thessalonians 2:17-20 “17 But we, brethren, having been bereaved of you and separated for a little moment in person, not in heart, have used more abundant diligence to see your face with much desire;18 wherefore we have desired to come to you, even I Paul, both once and twice, and Satan has hindered us.19 For what [is] our hope, or joy, or crown of boasting? [are] not *ye* also before our Lord Jesus at his coming?20 for ye are our glory and joy.”
1 Thessalonians 3:11-13 “But our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way to you.12 But you, may the Lord make to exceed and abound in love toward one another, and toward all, even as we also towards you,13 in order to the confirming of your hearts unblamable in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.”
1 Thessalonians 4:1 “For the rest, then, brethren, we beg you and exhort you in [the] Lord Jesus, even as ye have received from us how ye ought to walk and please God, even as ye also do walk, that ye would abound still more.”
1 Thessalonians 4:9-18 “9 Now concerning brotherly love ye have no need that we should write to you, for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.10 For also ye do this towards all the brethren in the whole of Macedonia; but we exhort you, brethren, to abound still more,11 and to seek earnestly to be quiet and mind your own affairs, and work with your [own] hands, even as we charged you,12 that ye may walk reputably towards those without, and may have need of no one.
13 But we do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them that are fallen asleep, to the end that ye be not grieved even as also the rest who have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus has died and has risen again, so also God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus.15 (For this we say to you in [the] word of [the] Lord, that *we*, the living, who remain to the coming of the Lord, are in no way to anticipate those who have fallen asleep;16 for the Lord himself, with an assembling shout, with archangel’s voice and with trump of God, shall descend from heaven; and the dead in Christ shall rise first;17 then *we*, the living who remain, shall be caught up together with them in [the] clouds, to meet the Lord in [the] air; and thus we shall be always with [the] Lord. 18 So encourage one another with these words.)”
1 Thessalonians 5:9-11 “9 because God has not set us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,10 who has died for us, that whether we may be watching or sleep, we may live together with him.11 Wherefore encourage one anothe

  • Committal to the Lord Jesus
In this Address, you will hear a word as to the importance of being committed to the Lord Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Exodus 21:1-6 “And these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.If thou buy a Hebrew bondman, six years shall he serve; and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing. If he came in alone, he shall go out alone: if he had a wife, then his wife shall go out with him. If his master have given him a wife, and she have borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master’s, and he shall go out alone. But if the bondman shall say distinctly, I love my master, my wife, and my children, I will not go free; then his master shall bring him before the judges, and shall bring him to the door, or to the door-post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall be his bondman for ever.”
2 Timothy 1:12 “For which cause also I suffer these things; but I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep for that day the deposit I have entrusted to him.”
Joshua 24:13-15 “And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat. And now fear Jehovah and serve him in perfectness and in truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the river, and in Egypt; and serve Jehovah. And if it seem evil unto you to serve Jehovah, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods whom your fathers that were on the other side of the river served, or the gods of the Amorite, in whose land ye dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah.”
Ruth 1:16-19 “And Ruth said, Do not intreat me to leave thee, to return from [following] after thee; for whither thou goest I will go, and where thou lodgest I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God;where thou diest will I die, and there will I be buried. Jehovah do so to me, and more also, if aught but death part me and thee! And when she saw that she was stedfastly minded to go with her, she left off speaking to her. And they two went until they came to Bethlehem.”
Psalms 137:4-6 “How should we sing a song of Jehovah’s upon a foreign soil? If I forget thee, Jerusalem, let my right hand forget [its skill]; If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to my palate: if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.”

  • Do you value your Inheritance in Christ?
Do you value what Christ has done for you? He came from heaven and suffered on the cross that we might receive salvation by trusting in him. It is by this great salvation the sinner is saved and brought into the enjoyment of eternal life.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Exodus 30:11-16 “11 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,12 When thou shalt take the sum of the children of Israel according to those of them that are numbered, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul to Jehovah on their being numbered, that there be no plague among them on their being numbered.13 This shall they give—every one that passeth among them that are numbered—half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary,—twenty gerahs the shekel; a half shekel shall be the heave-offering for Jehovah.
14 Every one that passeth among those that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give the heave-offering of Jehovah.15 The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when ye give the heave-offering of Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.16 And thou shalt take the atonement-money of the children of Israel, and devote it to the service of the tent of meeting; and it shall be a memorial to the children of Israel before Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.”
2 Samuel 23:11-17 “11 And after him, Shammah the son of Agee the Hararite: the Philistines were gathered into a troop, and there was there a plot of ground full of lentils, and the people had fled before the Philistines;12 and he stood in the midst of the plot and delivered it, and smote the Philistines, and Jehovah wrought a great deliverance.13 And three of the thirty chiefs went down, and came to David in the harvest time to the cave of Adullam, when the troop of the Philistines was encamped in the valley of Rephaim.14 And David was then in the stronghold; and the Philistines’ garrison was then at Bethlehem.15 And David longed, and said, Oh that one would give me to drink of the water of the well of Bethlehem, which is in the gate!16 And the three mighty men broke through the camp of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, which is in the gate, and took it, and brought it to David; however he would not drink of it, but poured it out to Jehovah.17 And he said, Be it far from me, Jehovah, that I should do this thing! is it not the blood of the men that went at the risk of their lives? Therefore he would not drink it. These things did the three mighty men.”
2 Samuel 15:19-24 “19 And the king said to Ittai the Gittite, Why dost thou also go with us? return to thy place, and abide with the king; for thou art a foreigner, and besides, thou hast emigrated to the place where thou [dwellest].20 Thou didst come yesterday, and should I this day make thee go up and down with us, seeing I go whither I can? Return and take back thy brethren. Mercy and truth be with thee!21 And Ittai answered the king and said, [As] Jehovah liveth, and [as] my lord the king liveth, surely in what place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also will thy servant be.22 And David said to Ittai, Go and pass over. And Ittai the Gittite passed over, and all his men, and all the little ones that were with him.23 And all the country wept with a loud voice, and all the people passed over; the king also himself passed over the torrent Kidron, and all the people passed over, towards the way of the wilderness.24 And behold, Zadok also, and all the Levites with him, bearing the ark of the covenant of God; and they set down the ark of God; and Abiathar went up, until all the people had passed completely out of the city.”
Philippians 3:8 “8 But surely I count also all things to be loss on account of the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, on account of whom I have suffered the loss of all, and count them to be filth, that I may gain Christ;”
