God has done great things for you through the Gospel. The Bible teaches that God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, as a Savior for sinners. Have you come to the Lord Jesus? Without God, the Scriptures tell us, we are without hope in this world. The Gospel brings the good news that God has come near to us through Jesus, offering salvation by going to the cross at Calvary.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Samuel 12:24 “24 Only, fear Jehovah, and serve him in truth, with all your heart; for see how great things he has done for you.”

John 3:36 “36 He that believes on the Son has life eternal, and he that is not subject to the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides upon him.”

The Gospel offers you peace with God, forgiveness of sins, and eternal life. How do we receive these wonderful blessings? Jesus illustrates this simply by saying, “I am the door: if anyone enters in by me, he shall be saved”.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 10:1-2 “10 Verily, verily, I say to you, He that enters not in by the door to the fold of the sheep, but mounts up elsewhere, *he* is a thief and a robber;2 but he that enters in by the door is [the] shepherd of the sheep.”
John 10:7-9 “7 Jesus therefore said again to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.8 All whoever came before me are thieves and robbers; but the sheep did not hear them.9 I am the door: if any one enter in by me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and shall go out and shall find pasture.”
Romans 3:22-25 “for there is no difference;23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption which [is] in Christ Jesus;25 whom God has set forth a mercy-seat, through faith in his blood”
Revelation 3:20 “20 Behold, I stand at the door and am knocking; if any one hear my voice and open the door, I will come in unto him and sup with him, and he with me.”

There is no one greater than God. The Bible tells us that God has sent a Saviour, his Son, Jesus Christ to save us from our sins. What wonderful giving? Have you come to Jesus for forgiveness of your sins?
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Acts 17:22-34 “22 And Paul standing in the midst of Areopagus said, Athenians, in every way I see you given up to demon worship;23 for, passing through and beholding your shrines, I found also an altar on which was inscribed, To the unknown God. Whom therefore ye reverence, not knowing [him], him I announce to you.24 The God who has made the world and all things which are in it, *he*, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands,25 nor is served by men’s hands as needing something, himself giving to all life and breath and all things;26 and has made of one blood every nation of men to dwell upon the whole face of the earth, having determined ordained times and the boundaries of their dwelling,27 that they may seek God; if indeed they might feel after him and find him, although he is not far from each one of us:28 for in him we live and move and exist; as also some of the poets amongst you have said, For we are also his offspring.
29 Being therefore [the] offspring of God, we ought not to think that which is divine to be like gold or silver or stone, [the] graven form of man’s art and imagination.30 God therefore, having overlooked the times of ignorance, now enjoins men that they shall all everywhere repent,31 because he has set a day in which he is going to judge the habitable earth in righteousness by [the] man whom he has appointed, giving the proof [of it] to all [in] having raised him from among [the] dead.
32 And when they heard [of the] resurrection of the dead, some mocked, and some said, We will hear thee again also concerning this.33 Thus Paul went out of their midst.34 But some men joining themselves to him believed; among whom also was Dionysius the Areopagite, and a woman by name Damaris, and others with them.”

“Recently, many men and women have been striving for bronze, silver, or gold at the Olympics in Paris. In this preaching, you will hear about the reward that God desires to give you in the Gospel. None of us deserve this reward; we have all fallen short of the glory of God. But God loves you so much that He has provided salvation from your sins through the person of the Lord Jesus.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Romans 6:23 “23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the act of favour of God, eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Luke 23:39-43 “39 Now one of the malefactors who had been hanged spoke insultingly to him, saying, Art not thou the Christ? save thyself and us.
40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost *thou* too not fear God, thou that art under the same judgment?41 and *we* indeed justly, for we receive the just recompense of what we have done; but this [man] has done nothing amiss.42 And he said to Jesus, Remember me, [Lord,] when thou comest in thy kingdom.43 And Jesus said to him, Verily I say to thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.44 And it was about [the] sixth hour, and there came darkness over the whole land until [the] ninth hour.
45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple rent in the midst.46 And Jesus, having cried with a loud voice, said, Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit. And having said this, he expired.”
Psalm 103:10-12 “10 He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving-kindness toward them that fear him.12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”
Luke 15:20-24 “20 And he rose up and went to his own father. But while he was yet a long way off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and ran, and fell upon his neck, and covered him with kisses.21 And the son said to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and before thee; I am no longer worthy to be called thy son.
22 But the father said to his bondmen, Bring out the best robe and clothe him in [it], and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet;23 and bring the fatted calf and kill it, and let us eat and make merry:24 for this my son was dead and has come to life, was lost and has been found. And they began to make merry.”

Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Ephesians 2:1-8 “2 and *you*, being dead in your offences and sins—2 in which ye once walked according to the age of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience:3 among whom *we* also all once had our conversation in the lusts of our flesh, doing what the flesh and the thoughts willed to do, and were children, by nature, of wrath, even as the rest:
4 but God, being rich in mercy, because of his great love wherewith he loved us,5 (we too being dead in offences,) has quickened us with the Christ, (ye are saved by grace,)6 and has raised [us] up together, and has made [us] sit down together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,7 that he might display in the coming ages the surpassing riches of his grace in kindness towards us in Christ Jesus.8 For ye are saved by grace”
Romans 5:7-8 “7 For scarcely for [the] just [man] will one die, for perhaps for [the] good [man] some one might also dare to die;8 but God commends *his* love to us, in that, we being still sinners, Christ has died for us.”
Romans 6:23 “23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the act of favour of God, eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

In this Gospel, you will hear about God’s love for you. God has demonstrated His love to us at Calvary’s cross, where He gave His Son as a Saviour for sinners.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 John 4:7-11 “7 Beloved, let us love one another; because love is of God, and every one that loves has been begotten of God, and knows God.8 He that loves not has not known God; for God is love.
9 Herein as to us has been manifested the love of God, that God has sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son a propitiation for our sins.11 Beloved, if God has so loved us, we also ought to love one another.12 No one has seen God at any time: if we love one another, God abides in us, and his love is perfected in us.”
John 15:9-14 “9 As the Father has loved me, I also have loved you: abide in my love.
10 If ye shall keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love, as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love.11 I have spoken these things to you that my joy may be in you, and your joy be full.12 This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 No one has greater love than this, that one should lay down his life for his friends.14 Ye are my friends if ye practise whatever I command you.”

In this Gospel preaching you will hear about two men who had visions from God.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Daniel 5:1-9 “5 Belshazzar the king made a great feast to a thousand of his nobles, and drank wine before the thousand.2 Belshazzar, while he t-asted the wine, commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels that Nebuchadnezzar his father had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem; that the king and his nobles, his wives and his concubines, might drink in them.3 Then they brought the golden vessels that were taken out of the temple of the house of God which was at Jerusalem; and the king and his nobles, his wives and his concubines, drank in them.
4 They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold and of silver, of brass, of iron, of wood, and of stone.5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man’s hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaster of the wall of the king’s palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.6 Then the king’s countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, and the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.
7 The king cried aloud to bring in the magicians, the Chaldeans, and the astrologers. The king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.
8 Then came in all the king’s wise men, but they could not read the writing, nor make known to the king the interpretation.9 Then was king Belshazzar greatly troubled, and his countenance was changed in him, and his nobles were confounded.”
Daniel 5:13-31 “13 Then was Daniel brought in before the king. The king spoke and said unto Daniel, Art thou that Daniel, of the children of the captivity of Judah, whom the king my father brought out of Judah?14 And I have heard of thee, that the spirit of the gods is in thee, and [that] light and understanding and excellent wisdom is found in thee.
15 And now the wise men, the magicians, have been brought in before me, that they should read this writing, and make known unto me the interpretation thereof; but they could not shew the interpretation of the thing.16 But I have heard of thee, that thou canst give interpretations, and solve problems. Now if thou canst read the writing, and make known to me the interpretation thereof, thou shalt be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold about thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom.17 Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet will I read the writing to the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
18 O thou king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father the kingdom, and greatness, and glory, and majesty;19 and for the greatness that he gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew, and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he exalted, and whom he would he humbled.20 But when his heart was lifted up, and his spirit hardened unto presumption, he was deposed from the throne of his kingdom, and they took his glory from him;21 and he was driven from the sons of men, and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses; they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was bathed with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the Most High God ruleth over the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.22 And thou, Belshazzar, his son, hast not humbled thy heart, although thou knewest all this;
23 but hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of the heavens; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou and thy nobles, thy wives and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know; and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:24 then from before him was sent the part of the hand, and this writing hath been written.
25 And this is the writing that is written: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.26 This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE, God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it;27 TEKEL, Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting;28 PERES, Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.
29 Then Belshazzar commanded, and they clothed Daniel with purple, and [put] a chain of gold about his neck, and made proclamation concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.30 In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.31 And Darius the Mede received the kingdom, [being] about sixty-two years old.”
Revelation 1:9-18 “9 I John, your brother and fellow-partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and patience, in Jesus, was in the island called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus.10 I became in [the] Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a great voice as of a trumpet,11 saying, What thou seest write in a book, and send to the seven assemblies: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamos, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.
12 And I turned back to see the voice which spoke with me; and having turned, I saw seven golden lamps,13 and in the midst of the [seven] lamps [one] like [the] Son of man, clothed with a garment reaching to the feet, and girt about at the breasts with a golden girdle:14 his head and hair white like white wool, as snow; and his eyes as a flame of fire;
15 and his feet like fine brass, as burning in a furnace; and his voice as the voice of many waters;
16 and having in his right hand seven stars; and out of his mouth a sharp two-edged sword going forth; and his countenance as the sun shines in its power.17 And when I saw him I fell at his feet as dead; and he laid his right hand upon me, saying, Fear not; *I* am the first and the last,
18 and the living one: and I became dead, and behold, I am living to the ages of ages, and have the keys of death and of hades.19 Write therefore what thou hast seen, and the things that are, and the things that are about to be after these.“

In this Gospel you will asked three searching questions from God’s word.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Genesis 3:8-13 “8 And they heard the voice of Jehovah Elohim, walking in the garden in the cool of the day. And Man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Jehovah Elohim, in the midst of the trees of the garden.9 And Jehovah Elohim called to Man, and said to him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I feared, because I am naked; and I hid myself.
11 And he said, Who told thee that thou art naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee not to eat?12 And Man said, The woman, whom thou hast given [to be] with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.13 And Jehovah Elohim said to the woman, What is this thou hast done?”
Acts 16:25-31 “25 And at midnight Paul and Silas, in praying, were praising God with singing, and the prisoners listened to them.26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison shook, and all the doors were immediately opened, and the bonds of all loosed.27 And the jailor being awakened out of his sleep, and seeing the doors of the prison opened, having drawn a sword was going to kill himself, thinking the prisoners had fled.
28 But Paul called out with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm, for we are all here.
29 And having asked for lights, he rushed in, and, trembling, fell down before Paul and Silas.30 And leading them out said, Sirs, what must I do that I may be saved?31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus and thou shalt be saved, thou and thy house.”

God is holy and righteous. Each one of us has fallen short of His glory because of our sins, but the wonderful news of the Gospel is that God has provided a Savior. Who is this Savior? The Bible points to the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s Son, who came into this world to save sinners.
Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Isaiah 6:1-7 “6 In the year of the death of king Uzziah, I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and his train filled the temple.2 Seraphim were standing above him: each had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he flew.3 And one called to the other and said, Holy, holy, holy is Jehovah of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory!
4 And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. 5 And I said, Woe unto me! for I am undone; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of hosts.6 And one of the seraphim flew unto me, and he had in his hand a glowing coal, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar;7 and he made it touch my mouth, and said, Behold, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin expiated.”
John 8:1-12 “8 But Jesus went to the mount of Olives.2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him; and he sat down and taught them.3 And the scribes and the Pharisees bring [to him] a woman taken in adultery, and having set her in the midst,
4 they say to him, Teacher, this woman has been taken in the very act, committing adultery.5 Now in the law Moses has commanded us to stone such; thou therefore, what sayest thou?6 But this they said proving him, that they might have [something] to accuse him [of]. But Jesus, having stooped down, wrote with his finger on the ground.7 But when they continued asking him, he lifted himself up and said to them, Let him that is without sin among you first cast the stone at her.8 And again stooping down he wrote on the ground.
9 But they, having heard [that], went out one by one beginning from the elder ones until the last; and Jesus was left alone and the woman standing there.10 And Jesus, lifting himself up and seeing no one but the woman, said to her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Has no one condemned thee?11 And she said, No one, sir. And Jesus said to her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.12 Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, I am the light of the world; he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

Jesus laid down His life for sinners like you because He loved you. Throughout all of history, there has been no greater love ever shown than the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. In our sins, we have all fallen short of God’s holy standard. One sin can keep us out of His holy presence, but God has demonstrated His love for us: “while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Bible Scripures: Darby Translation
John 15:13-14 “13 No one has greater love than this, that one should lay down his life for his friends.14 Ye are my friends if ye practise whatever I command you.”
Galatians 2:20 “20 I am crucified with Christ, and no longer live, *I*, but Christ lives in me; but [in] that I now live in flesh, I live by faith, the [faith] of the Son of God, who has loved me and given himself for me.”
