  • One thing that’s Important
In this Gospel preaching, you will hear of one thing that’s important for the unbeliever and the believer.

    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 18:18-23 “18 And a certain ruler asked him saying, Good teacher, having done what, shall I inherit eternal life?19 But Jesus said to him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, God.
20 Thou knowest the commandments: Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.21 And he said, All these things have I kept from my youth.22 And when Jesus had heard this, he said to him, One thing is lacking to thee yet: Sell all that thou hast and distribute to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in the heavens, and come, follow me.23 But when he heard this he became very sorrowful, for he was very rich.”
Luke 10:39-42 “39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also, having sat down at the feet of Jesus was listening to his word.40 Now Martha was distracted with much serving, and coming up she said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Speak to her therefore that she may help me.
41 But Jesus answering said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things;42 but there is need of one, and Mary has chosen the good part, the which shall not be taken from her.”

  • Certainty in Jesus
We are living in a very uncertain world today. People today are searching for certainty that they may be at peace in their souls. The Gospel is a message of certainties and God’s word tells us that there is a way to find peace and forgiveness with God through the Lord Jesus Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Romans 8:38-39 “38 For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

  • Salvation for All
God’s message of salvation is for all people. The Bible tells us that our sins have separated us from the presence of a holy and righteous God but the good news in the Gospel is that God has provided a Saviour, Jesus Christ.
    Bible Translation: Darby Translation
Romans 3:23 “23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
Romans 10:12-13 “12 For there is no difference of Jew and Greek; for the same Lord of all [is] rich towards all that call upon him.13 For every one whosoever, who shall call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.”
Romans 14:10 “for we shall all be placed before the judgment-seat of God.”

  • Endurance
In this preaching, you will about endurance from the book of Hebrews. The writer of this book is writing to encourage his readers to run the Chrisitan race keeping their eyes on Jesus. Over 2000 years ago, the Lord Jesus journeyed to Golgotha where he endured the cross and our punishment for sin. At the cross, the Lord Jesus laid down his life and shed his precious blood to provide salvation for sinners. There is now hope for the sinner by simply calling on the Lord Jesus in repentance and faith.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Hebrews 12:1-3 “Let *us* also therefore, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, laying aside every weight, and sin which so easily entangles us, run with endurance the race that lies before us,2 looking stedfastly on Jesus the leader and completer of faith: who, in view of the joy lying before him, endured [the] cross, having despised [the] shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.3 For consider well him who endured so great contradiction from sinners against himself, that ye be not weary, fainting in your minds.”

  • Looking to Jesus
The Bible tells us that our sins have separated us from the presence of God but there is Salvation found in Jesus. There are many distractions in the world today. The Gospel is preached to point you to the Saviour that God has provided in the Lord Jesus Christ. Simply look to Jesus. Repent of your sins and put your faith in the Lord Jesus.

    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Isaiah 45:21-22 “And there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour, there is none besides me.22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I [am] God, and there is none else.”
Numbers 21:6-9 “6 Then Jehovah sent fiery serpents among the people, which bit the people; and much people of Israel died.7 And the people came to Moses and said, We have sinned, in that we have spoken against Jehovah, and against thee: pray to Jehovah that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.8 And Jehovah said to Moses, Make thee a fiery [serpent], and set it upon a pole; and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, and looketh upon it, shall live.9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole; and it came to pass, if a serpent had bitten any man, and he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.”
John 3:14-16 “14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, thus must the Son of man be lifted up,15 that every one who believes on him may [not perish, but] have life eternal.16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whosoever believes on him may not perish, but have life eternal.”
Hebrews 12:1-2 “laying aside every weight, and sin which so easily entangles us, run with endurance the race that lies before us,2 looking stedfastly on Jesus the leader and completer of faith:”

  • He is Risen
The Bible tells us that our sins have separated us from the presence of a holy God but there is good news. God sent His son, Jesus Christ into this world to save you and bring you into eternal life. In this Gospel preaching, you will hear about the glorious resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ which brings hope to the world.

    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Mark 16:2-6 “2 And very early on the first [day] of the week they come to the sepulchre, the sun having risen.3 And they said to one another, Who shall roll us away the stone out of the door of the sepulchre?4 And when they looked, they see that the stone has been rolled [away], for it was very great.
5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right, clothed in a white robe, and they were amazed and alarmed;6 but he says to them, Be not alarmed. Ye seek Jesus, the Nazarene, the crucified one. He is risen, he is not here; behold the place where they had put him.”
Luke 4:40-41 “40 And when the sun went down, all, as many as had persons sick with divers diseases, brought them to him, and having laid his hands on every one of them, he healed them;41 and demons also went out from many, crying out and saying, *Thou* art the Son of God. And rebuking them, he suffered them not to speak, because they knew him to be the Christ.”

  • Christ suffered for us
The Gospel is preached to announce the good news that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. In this preaching, you will hear how you can receive salvation from God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Peter 4:1-5 “4 Christ, then, having suffered for us in [the] flesh, do *ye* also arm yourselves with the same mind; for he that has suffered in [the] flesh has done with sin,2 no longer to live the rest of [his] time in [the] flesh to men’s lusts, but to God’s will.
3 For the time past [is] sufficient [for us] to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, walking in lasciviousness, lusts, wine-drinking, revels, drinkings, and unhallowed idolatries.4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with [them] to the same sink of corruption, speaking injuriously [of you];5 who shall render account to him who is ready to judge [the] living and [the] dead.”

  • Jesus, Friend of Sinners
The Gospel is about a friend of sinners, the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that our sins have separated us between you and your God. No efforts by man can earn us favour with God. The only way to receive peace and forgiveness is by coming to the man God has appointed, the Lord Jesus Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Romans 1:1-3 “1 Paul, bondman of Jesus Christ, [a] called apostle, separated to God’s glad tidings, concerning his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord”
Romans 3:23-25 “23 for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption which [is] in Christ Jesus;25 whom God has set forth a mercy-seat, through faith in his blood,”
Romans 5:1-2 “Therefore having been justified on the principle of faith, we have peace towards God through our Lord Jesus Christ;2 by whom we have also access by faith into this favour in which we stand”
John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe on God, believe also on me.2 In my Father’s house there are many abodes; were it not so, I had told you: for I go to prepare you a place;3 and if I go and shall prepare you a place, I am coming again and shall receive you to myself, that where I am ye also may be.”
John 14:15-18 “15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.16 And I will beg the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever,17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see him nor know him; but ye know him, for he abides with you, and shall be in you.18 I will not leave you orphans, I am coming to you.”

  • Two Giants
In this Gospel preaching, you will hear about two giants one in the past and one in the future.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Samuel 17:1-11 “17 And the Philistines assembled their armies to battle, and were gathered together at Sochoh, which belongs to Judah, and encamped between Sochoh and Azekah, in Ephesdammim.2 And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered together, and encamped in the valley of terebinths, and set the battle in array against the Philistines.3 And the Philistines stood on the mountain on the one side, and Israel stood on the mountain on the other side; and the ravine was between them.4 And there went out a champion from the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.
5 And he had a helmet of bronze upon his head, and he was clothed with a corselet of scales; and the weight of the corselet was five thousand shekels of bronze.6 And he had greaves of bronze upon his legs, and a javelin of bronze between his shoulders.7 And the shaft of his spear was like a weaver’s beam; and his spear’s head weighed six hundred shekels of iron; and the shield-bearer went before him.
8 And he stood and cried to the ranks of Israel, and said to them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I the Philistine, and ye servants of Saul? choose for yourselves a man, and let him come down to me.9 If he be able to fight with me, and to smite me, then will we be your servants; but if I overcome and smite him, then shall ye be our servants and serve us.10 And the Philistine said, I have defied the ranks of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.11 And Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, and they were dismayed and greatly afraid.”
    1 Samuel 17:16-51 “16 And the Philistine drew near morning and evening, and presented himself forty days.17 And Jesse said to David his son, Take, I pray, for thy brethren, this ephah of parched [corn] and these ten loaves, and carry them quickly to the camp to thy brethren;
18 and carry these ten cheeses to the captain of the thousand, and visit thy brethren to see how they are, and take a pledge of them.19 Now Saul, and they, and all the men of Israel [were] in the valley of terebinths, fighting against the Philistines.20 And David rose up early in the morning, and left the sheep with a keeper, and took his charge and went, as Jesse had commanded him. And he came to the wagon-defence; and the host which was going forth to the battle-array shouted for the fight.21 And Israel and the Philistines put the battle in array, rank against rank.
22 And David left the things he was carrying in the hand of the keeper of the baggage, and ran into the ranks, and came and saluted his brethren.23 And as he talked with them, behold there came up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the ranks of the Philistines, and spoke according to the same words; and David heard [them].24 And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him and were greatly afraid.25 And the men of Israel said, Have ye seen this man that comes up? for to defy Israel is he come up: and it shall be, that the man who smites him, him will the king enrich with great riches, and will give him his daughter, and make his father’s house free in Israel.
26 And David spoke to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that smites this Philistine, and takes away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?27 And the people told him after this manner, saying, So shall it be done to the man that smites him.28 And Eliab, his eldest brother, heard while he spoke to the men; and Eliab’s anger was kindled against David, and he said, Why art thou come down? and with whom hast thou left those few sheep in the wilderness? I know thy pride and the naughtiness of thy heart; for thou art come down that thou mightest see the battle.29 And Dav

  • The Coming Judgment
There is coming a day when God is going to judge the world. The Bible tells us it is appointed unto man once to die and after that comes judgment. The Gospel is preached to announce the good news of Salvation for mankind through the work Jesus completed at Calvery’s cross.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
2 Peter 3:1-10 “3 This, a second letter, beloved, I already write to you, in [both] which I stir up, in the way of putting you in remembrance, your pure mind,2 to be mindful of the words spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of the Lord and Saviour by your apostles;3 knowing this first, that there shall come at [the] close of the days mockers with mocking, walking according to their own lusts,
4 and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for from the time the fathers fell asleep all things remain thus from [the] beginning of [the] creation.5 For this is hidden from them through their own wilfulness, that heavens were of old, and an earth, having its subsistence out of water and in water, by the word of God,6 through which [waters] the then world, deluged with water, perished.
7 But the present heavens and the earth by his word are laid up in store, kept for fire unto a day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.8 But let not this one thing be hidden from you, beloved, that one day with [the] Lord [is] as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.9 [The] Lord does not delay his promise, as some account of delay, but is longsuffering towards you, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.10 But the day of [the] Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and [the] elements, burning with heat, shall be dissolved, and [the] earth and the works in it shall be burnt up.”
Acts 17:22-31 “22 And Paul standing in the midst of Areopagus said, Athenians, in every way I see you given up to demon worship;23 for, passing through and beholding your shrines, I found also an altar on which was inscribed, To the unknown God. Whom therefore ye reverence, not knowing [him], him I announce to you.24 The God who has made the world and all things which are in it, *he*, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands,
25 nor is served by men’s hands as needing something, himself giving to all life and breath and all things;26 and has made of one blood every nation of men to dwell upon the whole face of the earth, having determined ordained times and the boundaries of their dwelling,27 that they may seek God; if indeed they might feel after him and find him, although he is not far from each one of us:28 for in him we live and move and exist; as also some of the poets amongst you have said, For we are also his offspring.29 Being therefore [the] offspring of God, we ought not to think that which is divine to be like gold or silver or stone, [the] graven form of man’s art and imagination.
30 God therefore, having overlooked the times of ignorance, now enjoins men that they shall all everywhere repent,31 because he has set a day in which he is going to judge the habitable earth in righteousness by [the] man whom he has appointed, giving the proof [of it] to all [in] having raised him from among [the] dead.”
John 3:14-18 “14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, thus must the Son of man be lifted up,15 that every one who believes on him may [not perish, but] have life eternal.16 For God so love”d the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whosoever believes on him may not perish, but have life eternal.
17 For God has not sent his Son into the world that he may judge the world, but that the world may be saved through him.18 He that believes on him is not judged: but he that believes not has been already judged, because he has not believed on the name of the only-begotten Son of God.”
