Providence refers to the fact that God is intimately involved in our reality and that He directs created things toward His purposes. We will look at Zechariah 1:18-21 and discover how the providence of God is always exactly on time, contains the precise number of resources needed, and always uses people who are already skilled.

If someone asked you how salvation works would you be able to give then a sufficient answer? If you had to explain how God takes someone from being unsaved to saved, how would you respond? Our focus will be on Romans 8:29-31 where we examine the "Golden Chain" of salvation. The world we live in is rapidly changing and in order to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling we ought to know how salvation works.

Jesus liked to make things simple. He boiled down more than 600 laws into five words. He even proclaimed the core of the gospel in less than 140 characters (It would fit in a tweet!). So, if Jesus liked to keep things simple, then why does religion often feel so complicated? Why does it often feel like God is so far away? This sermon challenges you to return to the simple, basic message of Jesus. This message will empower you to remove the barriers that complicate your relationship with God.

Culture says that limits are restrictive. God says that limits are protective. Limit-breaking provides the perfect chance for God to take a break. Limit-keeping provides the perfect chance for God to display His divine power.
