Brothers and Sisters in Jesus Christ: God elected to save some men and women though all men and women were under condemnation. He worked out his election by calling them through preaching. God chose and called some to salvation out of love and for his good pleasure. Others he left to his justice in their unregenerate state – reprobated them. God elected his children with a single election God did not elect any of his children based on their good works God did not elect any of his children based on their foreseen faith Our goals are: That seeing the richness of God's love in electing you, you will rejoice in your election and allow God to use you for his glory.

The apostles are once again faced with persecution as they are imprisoned for preaching the gospel. But God was with them, miraculously releasing them from their chains, and commanding them to continue preaching the good news of life in Christ. As they are confronted by the religious leaders once again, the apostles remind them that they cannot stop preaching Christ. This is God's plan of salvation, and as a member of the Pharisees himself will declare, if this plan is truly from God, then it will be unstoppable.
