Life is constantly changing, and dreams evolve and change, but let's reflect on the growing pains. Sometimes the steps aren't always clear, but the key is to keep moving forward. I have a feeling we'll figure it out along the way.

I remember reflecting on my dream when I was a little kid.  It wasn't until now, that I thought about my childlike heart. My views have grown and changed since then, but overall I think my dreams remain the same. I hope for kindness to overpower the world... but it is only a dream Enjoy.

Had the wonderful opportunity to interview David Newman who is passionate about advocating for climate change and waste management.  We had a chat about the status of the climate crisis, and what we can do as individuals to do better. The key is to be mindful and to continue live a life the perpetuates greatness not only for yourself, but for others as well.  I love his sense of optimism.
