With many individuals having to social distance and stay at home, as a therapist I have heard many individuals complain about being lonely, anxious, being bord and wanting to met new people. For years individuals have engaged in online dating. Some have been more successful than others. Today's show will address the new form of dating which is called Virtual Dating. When it comes to children it is difficult to teach them how to regulate their emotions especially when children struggle with identifying stressors. A national survey found that parents rate school and friends as the biggest sources of stress in their kids lives. The survey also found that 72% of children have negative behaviors linked to stress. Unbelief by defination is the lack of religious belief such as an absence of faith. Many individuals apparently get unbelief confused with disbelief.However disbelief is unpreparedness,unwillingness, or inability to believe that something is the case. Children depend on many adults as they grow up. Parents, relatives, teachers, and child care workers also play a valuable role in the lives of children as well as their outcome

Today more than ever people are becoming more aware of the different types of racism. It is being broadcast over the news. It is posted daily on social media outlets. However many individuals still try to close their eyes as some may have difficulties accepting their views of others. Such however is not acceptable. Todays show will address colorism which often gets confused with racism. However such is deemed as descrimination based on skin color. It is often seen within individuals of the same race. As such they are treated differently based on the social implication which are attached to skin color. Interesting enough many mostly see this within ther families.
