With one of the main tools I teach my clients, you can learn how to see your own actions with much more clarity. This enables you to look at your past selves and decisions with more compassion and understanding. It also allows you to witness your own behavior in real time so you can make decisions on what you want to happen right then and there. You can also use this tool to determine what behavior will help you create the outcomes you want to have. This same tool allows you to see the people around you  in a different way so that you can relate and understand your clients more.
