Miscarriage affects so many families, but the emotional impact and the need for proper support is often overlooked. Recently, there’s been a significant change in Northern Ireland, where parents are now entitled to paid leave after a miscarriage - something that doesn’t currently exist here in Ireland, where many grieving parents are left relying on sick leave instead.
