I know that in our capitalistic world it’s easy to get caught up in the “go go go”, but you are actually creating more resistance in your life by ignoring your body’s demands for a pause and reset. It is an important part of any process and Pisces season offers us the chance to really dive deep before taking any major leaps towards the new. Those of us who are willing to sit still and integrate during this time will reap the benefits as we step into the new astrological year!
