This week on the Parents Show we are talking about babies being born prematurely. How do we deal with them being in hospital and what should we do when we bring our babies home? What are the effects of being born early on children? Can they still reach milestones at the same time as full term babies? What support is out there for parents to provide the best care for their babies?

We will be speaking to Dr Su Laurent, consultant paediatrician and author of Your Premature Baby. We will also be speaking to Zoe Chivers from Bliss, the UK charity working to provide the best possible care and support for all premature and sick babies and their families. And lastly we will be speaking to local mom Sally Ripley about her experience of her child being born prematurely.
