We kick off our decade in review series back in the year 2010. The latest chapter in the Jenks-Union rivalry was written as Union would stun heavily-powered Jenks 50-47. Jenks had dominated throughout the 2010 season and Union was rebuilding after back to back titles. Despite beating their rival 33-7 in the regular season, the Trojans were upset with the gold ball on the line. This game would be known as "Dream Weaver" from the game-winning play. Quarterback Kale Pearson threw a backwards pass to Stephon Weaver, who hit Christian Hood in the end zone for the game-winning touchdown with under 40 seconds left to give Union the three-peat. Stay tuned to our podcast series for more stories, games and performances from the past decade!
