We are chatting to Sarah Courtney today, a Maternity Coach with a 15 year career in Human Resources within Banking, Software and EdTech. Throughout that time Sarah focused on mentoring professionals to fulfill their leadership potential, empowering their career development and retaining them within the workplace.

 

As a mother of two young daughters, Sarah has a particular interest in partnering with professional women, and is the dedicated maternity coach at Ernst & Young Ireland and Sherry Fitzgerald Group. She is also a regular contributor to the parenting website Mummy Pages on their expert panel as maternity coach.  Sarah believes that with the right support at the right time, working mothers can continue to thrive in their careers and maximize their contribution, while also enjoying the journey.

 

She is passionate about coaching and the benefits it brings to individuals in helping them achieve their potential, and for businesses in ensuring their staff are happy, engaged and motivated. Sarah is a graduate of UCD, the Irish Life coach Institute and CIPD qualified.
