We all desire to serve the living God but how we serve Him matters deeply.
In this episode of Prepare for Jesus Christ’s Return! We are challenged to examine whether our service to God comes from our natural life with its good intentions, traditions, and personal strength or from the Spirit, cooperating with the perfect humanity of Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 12:28-29 reminds us:“Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.”
God desires that we serve Him acceptably, in a way that is rooted in His grace, guided by the Spirit, and filled with reverence and fear. True service flows not from what we think is best, but from a life yielded to Christ in us, empowered by His life, not our own.
