In this episode, Christine hosts Lisette Meuse-Manuel, owner of a skin care and nutritional wellness clinic. Since 1988 she has worked with women and has heard the same questions and concerns time after time about menopause. After having gone through a difficult menopause herself she felt compelled to help women understand the changes that are happening and to offer helpful solutions. She has written a book on how to prepare for menopause, that is a must read for all women.
Lisette has studied at Institut Jon Raymond in Aesthetics, The Micro-Pigmentation Centre in Cosmetic Tattooing and Ashworth College in Nutrition, Diet and Health Science, Precision Nutrition.
She has been working in the beauty and wellness industry since 1988 and she is constantly researching and perfecting her techniques and updating her skills on new procedures and products.
