In the City of Prescott's ongoing efforts to promote transparency and public input, an Open Call to the Public will be added to the beginning of all Prescott City Council Voting Meetings, following any Proclamations or Presentations, beginning Tuesday, December 21st. This Open Call will allow citizens to address Council regarding items that are NOT on the posted agenda for up to 4 minutes each and a total of 40 minutes.
