The City of Prescott Recreation Services Department will host a community open house regarding the proposed Lower Goldwater Lake Improvement Project on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Grace Sparks Activity Center (Armory), 824 E.
