Prescott Valley Town Council Thursday night approved the results and recommendations of a recently completed Classification and Compensation study. Earlier this year, the Town contracted with McGrath Human Resources Group to update its plans and policies to enable the Town to better hire and retain employees who will provide excellent service to the community and remain committed to long-term service with the Town.
