Prescott Valley Council on Thursday evening approved the first water/wastewater rate increase since 2017 and implemented a Stormwater Fee. Earlier this fall, the Council discussed two possible scenarios for a proposed water/wastewater rate increase, landing on a conservation-minded approach, which will require heavy water users to pay higher fees This increase sets more stringent rates for higher users and lowers the tier structure for the most common residential meters.
