The Town of Prescott Valley has hired Donna Kennedy, current City of Tempe Economic Development Director, as its new Development Services Director. Kennedy brings a wealth of experience in rural/urban and economic development and redevelopment, project development, budget and capital planning, land use planning, lease and contract negotiation, infrastructure financing and coordination, facilities management, business development, policy development, and community outreach.
