Concise:
Jesus Walks on the Water
Detailed:
Jesus was on the lake when he walked on water. The disciples thought the figure on the water was a ghost and were frightened. However, it was Jesus Christ himself who was walking on water. Jesus reassured them that it was him, not an apparition.
Peter asked Jesus if he could come to the water, and Jesus told him to come. Peter went to Jesus, walked into the lake, and got closer to him. But as he got closer, he started to sink and became frightened, crying out for Jesus to help him. Jesus said to him that he had little faith and doubt.
Peter and Jesus returned to the boat, and the disciples worshipped him, saying he was truly the “Son of God.”
