I stand as a reminder to you that your deep states of depression, anxiety, confusion, etc. are only there to serve you. There is nothing wrong with you.

I also share with you an exercise that allows you to begin to study the book of your life. Giving you greater insight on what you are here to do.

We are journeying into the purposefulness of the chaos taking place on the planet at this time. 

I recognize that we are in a time where a lot of the darkness that has been suppressed for years seems like it is exploding to the surface! This can leave us all feeling heavy in our hearts. I am here to shed my truth & my light on all of our time here and help you to understand the divinity that is at work.

May we connect through our hearts and hold one another through this planetary shift. May we include all of the varying shades of darkness that encompass this world.

In breath, we unite. In breath, we re-member.

I share one of my scariest callings yet and some of the places it took me when I decided to listen, to act, and to TRUST. The uncovering of the unknown and what it can bring to your life is something worth hearing out. I touch on my healing through the process of purging and how true healing is not for the weak. Healing requires us to face our demons and remember that we are not defined by them. In this experience, I story-tell and show you what is possible in the space of the unknown. In this channeling I share the moment I received “Presence for Prana” and how it has evolved overtime. We go into the layers of what Prana is and explore our greatest superpower as human beings. Our power of presence.

Tap into the potency of this time with me and feel this new seed of all that is possible on this planet that lives inside of you. Together we dive into the space of the heart and begin to call in exactly how we envision our future to be. In this time, “nothing is certain and everything is possible.”

Take a breath with me as I channel into a space of recognizing our reality and how our abundance of information is shaping us in more ways than we may realize. We explore the correct purpose and place of the tools we have in this life and see the risks of falling into the vibration of fear. My Spirit believes and sees each of your divine channels that are unique to you. I remind you that you are always plugged into source and that you may tap into your Truth at anytime. Remember to put the news and media in their place and take back your power with your extraordinary grace.

This episode closes with a meditation through your heart and plugs you into the spaciousness that is present within.

This week we connect to those on the other side through the channel of our heart. I begin this session with simple breathwork to hone in our presence and call upon those in our lives who have transcended the physical. I take you into the space of communication and connection to all beings.

There are words about the importance of our personal relationship with Death (Divinely Enhancing All Truth Here) and how to connect to the Life Death Life cycle throughout our lives. I remind you of the medicine of slowing down and allowing yourself to see the truth of our ever fleeting lives.

This listening experience can be done anywhere at anytime but I would suggest lighting a candle, plugging in, and closing the eyes to surrender to the breath, the vibration present, and your guides on the other side.

As I set my sacred space and tuned into my center channel, I received the pull to go deep into what is important right now. This week I speak about the call of the shadow work we are experiencing as a collective and the exploration of pressing into our darkness.
