יודעים במודע שמסיכת הדחקה

אותה הם מצאו ואימצו בלי אילוץ

לא דומה לתמימות חסרת מודעות

לא רק מבפנים אלא גם מבחוץ.

_שhAt is this?

>all mixes in the [void] series are raש reCordings of improvisEd creative mixing process שith up to 4 simultaneously running decks, a process that seems to mangle and שarp its' building blocks, sometimes beyond recognition, creating something neש. at times, it's chaotic, beautiful, and/or both.

note that recordings include the cue monitor channel, שhat you hear is שhat I hear שhen mixing, including all the cut up mess and garbage, many of the tunes seeing DJ softשare for the first time on my machine, it שill not alשays be easy, but hold on tight and the journey might be שorth it.

"It's an unfinished country. It's still prehistorical. The only thing that is lacking is - is the dinosaurs here. It's like a curse weighing on an entire landscape. And whoever... goes too deep into this has his share of this curse. So we are cursed with what we are doing here.

It's a land that God, if he exists has - has created in anger.

It's the only land where - where creation is unfinished yet. Taking a close look at - at what's around us there - there is some sort of a harmony. It is the harmony of... overwhelming and collective murder.

[ ... ] There is no harmony in the universe. We have to get acquainted to this idea that there is no real harmony as we have conceived it."

- Werner Herzog, "Burden of Dreams", 1982.

_what is this?

>all mixes in the [void] series are raw recordings of improvised creative mixing process with up to 4 simultaneously running decks, a process that seems to mangle and warp its' building blocks, sometimes beyond recognition, creating something new. at times, it's chaotic, beautiful, and/or both.

note that recordings include the cue monitor channel, what you hear is what I hear when mixing, including all the cut up mess and garbage, many of the tunes seeing DJ software for the first time on my machine, it will not always be easy, but hold on tight and the journey might be worth it.
