The strongest minds can suffer with mental health issues. 

This week is Mental Health Awareness week, and I share 3 tips to help you create a supportive and productive environment for your team and colleagues. Jobs in financial services reported to be 44% more likely to cause a stress-related illness compared to other roles in the UK. That is an astonishing figure that not only causes a decline in mental (and physical ) health, but also creates a disengaged workplace. 

In this week's episode I share with you three things to implement for a healthier workplace:

1) Investing in 1-2-1 with your team and opening conversations to help teams open up. 

2) How to implement a traffic light system for mental health 

3) Create a positive mindset by creating a 'bad day allowance'
