Preservation Distillery in Bardstown Kentucky has a lot of firsts in the Bourbon Industry!  Most notably, Matt Jackson, Head Distiller with Preservation Distillery tells the Bo Brothers about Preservation being the first Pot Still Distillery in Kentucky, and the first female owned distillery in Kentucky!  Jackson, a Nelson County native is really an up and coming rock star in the bourbon industry and is following a path similar to one of his idols - Bardstown Bourbon Company's and Bourbon Hall of Famer Steve Nally.  Also, Independent Stave Company's Chad Spalding pays a visit with the Bo Brothers and tells about ISC's involvement with Preservation!  Overall, it was a fantastic show that we are sure you'll want to take a listen to!  #ZZTopBeard #VeryOldeStNick #8-YearBourbon #ISC #49ers #JackOfAllTrades #SharpDressedMan
