Like King David, God’s shaping of your life he will bring immense pain, perhaps failure, disappointment, maybe betrayal, or a harsh task master, but something or someone will come and be an agent of learning.

God has given us a wonderful metaphor of leadership that creates a picture in our minds; a shepherd. Just like a shepherd, God protects, provides and guides. As human leaders, God calls us to follow His perfect example of leadership.

Leadership is hard - what is God calling us to do?

We are called to be salt and light and as such we are called to influence.

How will we continue to fulfill our mission effectively in 2019 and beyond? We need wisdom to give us understanding and good judgement. Wisdom is generated by our relationship with God. Proverbs 1:7 and Proverbs 9:10.
