The report warns that the federal government has embedded behavioural science tactics in its operations in order to shape Canadians’ beliefs, emotions, and behaviours without transparency, debate, or consent.

An animal sanctuary in B.C.’s interior says it is facing a heartbreaking experience after discovering a positive case of “H5N1”, also known as “avian flu”.

The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed an application from Universal Ostrich Farms Inc. to hear an appeal in an effort to save their flock.

The court unanimously dismissed the applicant’s motion for new evidence and dismissed the farm owner’s appeal, finding that the Stamping-Out Policy, the Notice to Dispose and the Exemption Denial were all “reasonable” in accordance with the applicable case law.
