In this episode of Coffee with the Superintendent, we slow down and reflect on Philippians 3:13–14 and Paul’s powerful confession that he has not yet arrived, but he is pressing forward. In The First Pour, we explore what it means to forget what lies behind and strain toward what lies ahead in Christ. Through a New Covenant lens, we consider how righteousness is secured in Christ, yet sanctification remains an active pursuit. The Old Covenant exposed sin but could not transform the heart. In the New Covenant, the Spirit empowers us to pursue holiness with forward focus and joyful endurance.

In The Second Pour, we celebrate our alumni and current student birthdays, recognize our Elementary Spelling Bee participants, and look forward to a simple favorite at lunch.
