Happy New Year everyone.  This is the first mix of 2023, a year in which I hope to be a lot more active than recent times.  Signs are positive, I actually enjoyed the search process for new music for the first time in a fair while.  There are more and more releases but the amount of good stuff is about the same.  That means an ever decreasing hit rate which can be draining and takes some of the fun and excitement out of listening to new stuff.  Maybe it's the beautiful weather we've had down here over Xmas, but I enjoyed having a good old rummage this week.I'd say overall this at chilled end of the spectrum, especially the first hour.  The highlight for me was finding an old classic I haven't heard for years and playing three mixes from it.Thank you to everyone that has reached out recently.  It always blows me away to hear people say that my mixes form a backdrop to their lives and invoke memories of both happy and sad times.  Imagine how inspiring it is to hear that from people all over the world that I've never even met!  You've no idea how proud I am of my listeners and followers.  I have a huge amount of respect for you going off the beaten path to have found me in the first place, and then to keep coming back.  Obviously I'm biased but I think we all share an amazing taste in music!  I love that so many of you have joined me on this musical journey over the years as the style changes with the times.  I would love to meet more of you in the Pressure Radio chatroom during my fortnightly live show www.pressureradio.com/mobilechat/ .  I know the time doesn't work for those of you in the Americas, but for everyone else especially those of you working from home, why not tune in and get an injection of sunshine into your day and say hi? :)You can find details of the show on my FB page & group.https://www.facebook.com/c2eMusichttps://www.facebook.com/groups/10530506581As I always I really appreciate your feedback either directly or via comments on the mixes.  I've been mixing for 29 years now and never stop growing.  Your feedback is a key input, so thank you.Tracklisting:1: Boobjazz - Midnight Ceremony2: Bauhouse - Whole Lotta Groove3: Doctor M - Park Jam4: Dutchman Soul - Nine o Nine5: HRNS - Teena-s Cry (David Harness & Tedd Patterson Mix)6: Frankie Feliciano, Terry Dexter - No Maybe (Wez Whynt Vocal Remix)7: Wajeed - Motor City Madness (Underground Resistance Remix)8: Inner City - Back Together Again (Reece Classic Broken Mix))9: Mike Agent X Clark - Keep On Livin10: Brother James - Shadow11: Ross Couch - 4am12: Sebb Junior, Karmina Dai - The Menu (Club Mix)13: Dave Lee, Omar - Starlight (Grant Nelson Extended Mix)14: David Morales, Michelle Perera - Life is A Song (Philly Mix)15: Selva - Tropico16: Wes Whynt, Don Luciano - Keep The Faith17: Eric Kupper, K-Scope - Stairway to Nowhere18: Modento - You Know19: Riva Starr, Todd Terry - This Is The Sound20: Saison - The Riff (Ross Couch Remix)21: Pat Lok, Party Pupils - Alaska22: Inner City - Back Together Again (East Village Dub)23: Inner City | Back Together Again (Reece Project Dub)24: Passion Dance Orchestra | Worlds (Theme)Enjoy!
