My guest today is Iheanyi Iwuagwu, who goes by the nickname Kiwi. From his first foray into real estate development in Nigeria, Kiwi has since developed more properties in Atlanta and Nigeria, and currently has 120 units under his belt. Currently, he is building The Luxe in Atlanta.
