The second episode of Prevence Podcast features Thorsten Guder, an investigative judge in the field of criminal law from Cologne.

Apart from why the title “investigative judge” is a tad bit misleading, Thorsten also tells us about what a normal day at the office for him looks like, how his court handled Corona and why the Germans seem to be lagging behind a little bit when it comes to the digitalization of legal processes. On the question on whether Rap or Rock music is the better genre, he finds a very diplomatic answer with sufficient evidence to back his claim.
