Prevent making poor decisions by reacting to outward appearances

The conversation is about how the mind reacts to outward appearances, whereas spirit responds to internal reality. The real lesson is to make sure that you make decisions when you're in a peaceful place. This is because if you're in some kind of turmoil or sadness when that's happening, there is some kind of a false belief or a deception or a perpetration in our minds. Meaning we made a decision that created an attitude. And all this information came from the outside world. And it also taps into our programming. So when we're in that state of mind, the decisions we make are based on external realities, looking at appearances. That is not the truth. So if we stop doing that, get into a peaceful place and look into the inner reality, then we can make decisions that are more in line with spirit, not with our programming and what other people have made us think we need to do or how we need to survive, or whatever fears that may be dredged up when you do that.
