Preventatives for Inflammation - Part 1

Welcome back everyone.... In this podcast, I discuss how we can work on being more preventative with our health and the #1 root cause for most health conditions is INFLAMMATION! Short discussion on what an anti-inflammatory plan is and isn't along with foods we can eat to lessen inflammation in our bodies. I see this when working with all my clients whether 1 to 1 or in groups from substance use disorders to autoimmune conditions and beyond. 

Please Note-- a person should never restrict their food intake from any of the macro-nutrients (carbs, proteins or fats) unless their body is exhibiting signs (i.e., bloating, swelling, gas, belching etc)... and the anti-inflammatory diet or lifestyle is sustainable and is not a means for weight loss. However, with any change to a healthier you, weight loss could occur because inflammation could cause water retention, swelling etc.
