Preventing Alzheimers Episode 1: 7 Brain Foods

There are 7 foods that have been listed as BRAIN FOODS by "Alzheimer's- The Science of Prevention".  If you haven't watched that series of classes (find them on Facebook), you will want to take the time.  The seven foods are:  wild caught salmon, blueberries, leafy green vegetables, avocado, fermented foods, prebiotic foods, and nuts.  I hope you will add these to your daily intake while you eliminate all the processed and sugary things!
