Welcome Beloved Community,
Today we begin gently.
Not with force, not with urgency, or any expectations,
but with a soft return to the body.
To our breath, our spirit,
to those quiet stirrings deep within our inner landscape.
Spring, is not loud in her beginning.
She whispers, and today we listen with an open loving awareness to the language of what it means to awaken. To tend to the soil of our inner garden and allow ourselves to bloom, with patience, love, compassion and presence.
Every offering over these seven days is an invitation. You can choose to do one practice, ritual or do them all. Your own space, on your own time- create a sanctuary, build an altar, and invite yourself into the space fully.
Before you come into practice, please prepare your herbal infusion, have a journal, a pen, and all props for our restorative posture such as a blanket, pillow, and bolster.
We meet in the Meadow 🌸
🌙 Today’s RitualCreate a small moment of intention.
Light a candle if you feel called.
Sit quietly with your tea.
Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Take three slow breaths.
Whisper inward:
I am ready to awaken gently.
Let this be enough.
