CFRA's Arun Sundaram has a strong buy on Amazon (AMZN) with a $296 price target ahead of the company's upcoming earnings release. He breaks down Amazon's e-commerce and cloud business segments, saying the overall operating margin could get up to 20% with growth in AWS leading the charge. Arun does admit the bar has been set high, especially following Microsoft (MSFT) and Alphabet (GOOGL) beats in their respective cloud segments. He says 20% growth in AWS would keep investors happy. Later, Arun also examines Amazon's ads business as a potentially higher-margin segment to watch.
